Children's Major Illness Assistance Program
The current project is implementing the "Sunshine Scholarship Program" for the families of patients with serious illnesses, targeting the two public welfare projects, namely the "Xingmeng Classroom" and the "Bai Xiao Classroom", which are for the treatment of the children patients.
1.Star Dream Classroom
The core beneficiaries of the Xingmeng Classroom project are children with serious illnesses who are unable to attend school due to treatment. Key courses: Follow the school curriculum, offering courses in Chinese, mathematics, English, geography, history, politics, chemistry, physics, adolescent mental health and interest courses, class group interactions, offline activities, companionship and care, etc., carried out in multiple dimensions to create a campus atmosphere. The Xingmeng Classroom project recruited a total of 1,948 children with serious illnesses from March 2022 to June 2025, with 728 volunteers participating in the service, and 5,089 lessons were taught. 20 offline activities were organized, involving 157 children with serious illnesses and 260 volunteers.

2.Sunshine Scholarship Program
The predicament of families affected by illness and falling into poverty:
Some families fall into financial difficulties due to serious illnesses, and the education of their children often becomes the victim. The serious illness of a child in such families can increase the dropout rate of siblings who are direct relatives, causing psychological burdens and feelings of inferiority among the children in school. The family is under heavy economic pressure and has no time to focus on the children's studies, leading to the occurrence of "poverty caused by illness and loss of education due to poverty".
Inequality in educational opportunities: In remote or economically underdeveloped areas, educational resources are scarce, and many children have difficulty attending school. Some children, due to poor family economic conditions, remote locations, and other factors, cannot obtain equal educational opportunities, which affects personal development and the balanced progress of society.

3.Little White Class
The Little White Classroom mainly focuses on children aged 2 to 15 who are unable to attend school due to serious illnesses. It integrates resources from preschool teachers, social workers, psychological counselors, and volunteers to provide courses such as art therapy and knowledge teaching for these children, filling the educational gap. It also conducts mental health care activities for seriously ill children to alleviate their anxiety and help the families of these children overcome difficulties together.
From March 2024 to June 2025, "Little White Classroom" recruited a total of 80 children with serious illnesses, with 192 volunteers participating in the service. 229 lessons were given and 8 outings were organized. A total of 2,186 children with serious illnesses and 523 volunteers participated.
