The "Snowland Warm Sun Project" initiative originated in June 2023. The staff members, accompanied by the experienced public welfare partner, the Ciyuan Foundation, conducted their first on-site investigation in Yushu. Through the investigation, they made evaluations.
In May, June and September of 2024, the project team, while advancing the public welfare project, conducted multi-dimensional and in-depth research on the local people's needs.
From May 1st, 2024 to December 31st, 2024, with the strong support of caring enterprises and charitable partners, the project carried out various public welfare activities such as cervical cancer screening and treatment for women, general medical consultations, women's health care kits, hygiene kits for girls in their adolescence, winter warmth supplies for teachers and students in kindergartens, clean water, and warm-hearted gifts for elderly people living alone during the Spring Festival.
The project collaborated with multiple public welfare partners to assist a total of 3,984 individuals. A total of 77 volunteers participated. The project's highlights promoted the involvement and support from the government, as well as the participation of local public welfare teams and social charity organizations in jointly establishing the assistance model.

In August 2023, with the support of Tencent Charity Donation and caring individuals, 60 relief packages were distributed to struggling herders.
In June 2024, in collaboration with the BeiJing Hema Medical Aid Foundation, the Women's Federation of Chengduo County, the Civil Affairs Department, the Health Department, and the Gajong Charity Association, screenings, treatments, and free medical consultations were provided for 1,961 women in Yushu Prefecture and Chengduo County.

In September 2024, a temple in Chaidu County, Yushu Prefecture, distributed 295 health supply packages with the support of the charity brand L'Oréal-Physique and Bussert.
In October 2024, Wenle School in Chengdu County received support from the Wuxi Lingshan Charity Foundation. They distributed "Juvenile Years" hygiene kits to 163 female students and conducted health education classes.
