On March 28, 2025, a 7.9 magnitude earthquake occurred in Yangon, Myanmar. A large number of buildings collapsed. The powerful earthquake claimed 3,600 lives and injured over 5,000 people. Myanmar is adjacent to China, and neighbors are more important than distant relatives. On March 30, 2025, the Zhenxinluan joint public welfare partners established an "Asian Volunteer Alliance" and appointed Wang Changgang, the leader from Jinan, to set off from Jinan. After a 36-hour transfer flight and a self-driving journey, he arrived at the epicenter of the earthquake, Mandalay, on April 1. Without having time to rest, he immediately launched the disaster investigation operation.

On April 10, 2025, the assistance to Myanmar was completed. The team overcame risks of geopolitical conflicts, high temperatures, language barriers, etc. They distributed 4,000 packs of drinking water (each pack containing 6 bottles, each bottle 1 liter), 6,000 loaves of bread, and 1,000 boxes of instant noodles. They also allocated 350 portions each of daily necessities (rice, peanut oil), and additionally purchased various external disinfectant, antiseptic, and anti-inflammatory drugs for use at the hospital and disaster victims' shelters. They directly assisted over 20,000 people in need. Through the coordination of the Myanmar Consulate in Yunnan, 3,000 mosquito nets and 36,000 packs of feminine hygiene products were donated.
